When deciding on whether or not to appoint us as their new accountant, we find that potential new clients often wish to meet us and 'test us out' first. This gives you a chance to fully explain your particular circumstances and service requirements, and it gives us a chance to explain how we can help you. We encourage this dialogue to be through a face to face meeting, as we find this to be the most appropriate medium for this exercise. If this is not practical, however, communication can be via the telephone or e-mail.

We offer this initial consultation to potential new clients on a no-obligation no-fee basis. For specialist one-off services, we reserve the right to charge a fee for this initial consultation, which we shall be pleased to quote for in advance. If, after this consultation, you decide that you do wish to instruct us to act, we shall also be pleased to discuss with you our terms and fees for future services.
